Dear Cleaning Lady,
I usually don’t write complaint letters but I just couldn’t let this one slide. You see, we had our home professionally cleaned by you just 4 days ago, when we got home that evening after your full day of cleaning, we couldn’t believe our eyes. It was like a brand new home, we all ran around each emaculate room like giddy school girls and were in the best moods of our lives.
Now it is 4 days later. Our house, to say the least, looks like crap. The vacuum marks on the couch and carpet are a distant memory and the stainless steel appliances….don’t even get me started! That pee smell that was always in the guest and kids bathroom is back again and the play room is not the least bit organized.
You may be thinking that I seem ungrateful or even a little bit high maintenance by reading this but step back lady. I was fully prepared the next day to make my own bed and I knew that the folded toilet paper rolls wouldn’t stay like that forever. Excuse me for ASSUMING that maybe my glass shower door would stay SEE THROUGH after you came.
I know, I know, you are probably thinking, “you have 3 kids under the age of 5 lady, of course your house is going to look like crap right after!” Well before you go jumping all over my kids Leyda, I would like to first point out that I am the one who dropped the entire Costco size cottage cheese on the kitchen floor this evening. Back off…I am the only one who can say mean and hurtful things about my kids!
All I am saying is that there should be some sort of warranty. If you had waxed my legs 4 days ago and the hair grew back today I would hope that you would take responsibility and re wax them for free. I’m not even asking for a full refund, I just think that common courtesy would be to either come back daily to re clean it OR… at least half of our money back.
Please don’t let this end in small claims court. I was so happy just 4 days ago and would like to feel that way again!
