Have You Namasted Lately?

There is something that I have to share with you. I have found an outlet that is changing the way I feel more dramatically then any other thing I have tried before. For about a month now I have been going to hot yoga. I have tried it before and really enjoyed it, but now I am making it part of my weekly routine.

It’s definitely not easy, by any means. In fact, it is one of the toughest things I have ever done, fitness-wise, but I love it, and I love the way I feel when I am walking out of the class. I have always preferred kickboxing to other forms of exercise and although, I am still doing that, there is nothing like hot yoga.

My advice to anyone out there is who is feeling stressed and drained from…..well life, try hot yoga. Scratch that, don’t just TRY it….make yourself go a few times a week for one month and tell me how you feel. I have a feeling that you will become a healthier and happier person.  So what are you waiting for, get off your computer and go find a hot yoga class.
