Without Them There Would Be No Me

March 18, 2013

When my husband Pete and I got pregnant with our first son Chase, we were so excited to see what he would be like. Who would he look like and who’s traits would he posses? The same went for our next two pregnancies which turned out to be daughters. Continue Reading...

The Kitchen Is Closed!

March 14, 2013

Like most parents I know, I am always trying to find magical¬†solutions to problems with my kids and their behavior. Although, I haven’t come up with ways to stop nose picking, arguing with one another and potty talk, I think I may be on to something! Continue Reading...

13 Reasons I Think Every Day Is Ground Hogs Day!

May 18, 2012

After date night celebrating our 7th anniversary, Pete and I did what any couple with kids would do….we headed to Target for a kid free shopping trip. As usual I was magnetically drawn to the $1 bins, and found a cute fork and spoon set that had a pirate with an eye patch. Since pirates are Chase’s obsession of the week, I picked up the set and threw it in the cart. I decided to grab the turquoise princess fork and spoon set for Reese so she wouldn’t feel left out.
